About our support
- Propellerhead support is email only. The reason for that is that many of our customers live in other time zones than we do, so by using email only, we can serve you better.
- Our support staff is working regular office hours (in Sweden, that is), so if you send us a question during a weekend or in the middle of the night, it will be a while until someone can respond to it.
- We try to respond within 48 hours, but we are usually much faster than that. Sometimes our support staff needs to work through a backlog of support cases, after weekends, holidays etc. In these situations response times can be longer.
