It's september 21st already! The countdown has begun on our forums. Just nine days to go until Reason 6, Balance, and Reason Essentials arrive in shops and music studios around the world. The release of our new stuff is only the beginning of what is an exciting month ahead. Check out all we've got for you. In this issue:
Today we are excited to announce a special offer for registered Record Reason Duo users. From the day of release on September 30th until the end of October, owners of both Record and Reason will be able to upgrade to Reason 6 by naming their own price. Wait, what?  That's right. If you own both Reason and Record you decide what you will pay for the upgrade to Reason 6. We trust you to decide what Reason 6 is worth to you. Whatever you decide, that's what you'll pay*. *Anything you want, as long as anything is at least $1.00/€1.00. But you've already decided to pay more than that, right? It's a series of in-depth presentations focusing on the new features of Reason 6 and Balance, our new recording interface. Too far away to attend in person? You can now attend this event LIVE online via a premium uStream video feed. Watch the presentations, ask questions live, and share in The Producers Conference excitement. It's just like being there in person but you won't risk losing your car keys at the blackjack table downstairs. The old saying, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" is being replaced on October 1st with a new saying. "What happens in Vegas, streams from Vegas!"
With three new devices in the Reason 6 rack, there's a lot to learn and try out. Fortunately we've got you covered with three new micro tutorial videos that will introduce you to each of the new devices: The Echo, Pulveriser, and Alligator. If you haven't checked these out yet, you'll want to. Get up to speed now so you can hit the ground running on the 30th of September when you get your hands on these new effects.
