I have Reason/Reason + Record/some other combination of Propellerhead products, do I get an upgrade if I buy Balance?
Yes. If you own Reason, Record, or Record + Reason, you get a free upgrade to the latest version of Reason when you buy and register Balance.
Can I use Balance with other music software than Reason or Reason Essentials?
Yes! Balance works with any music software, and is compatible with Core Audio on the Mac and comes with ASIO and WMD drivers on Windows.
Is Balance available without software?
Balance only comes in one package, with Reason Essentials included. Users of Reason, Record, or Reason + Record who purchase Balance will receive an upgrade to the latest version of Reason. If you don't need Reason Essentials, because you prefer other music software or already are using Reason, why not give it to a friend? We're not charging extra for Reason Essentials. Think of it as a free, added bonus for new users!
