Record Drum Takes
Question: What is the key to that larger-than-life, big budget studio drum sound? Answer: Professionally recorded multitrack drums, played by a skilled session drummer. Record Drum Takes gives you big league rock and pop drums in a ReFill.
Real drums. Nothing can beat it. Loops or multisampled kits can take you a long way, but if you want your pop or rock track to really come alive, you need a real drummer playing real drums in a real room. And Record Drum Takes gives you exactly that. Each Drum Take ReFill comes with two separate three minute backing tracks of live drumming organized in classic song form; intro, verse, chorus, bridge and breakdown. Record Drum Takes builds a steady foundation for any rock or pop creation.
Using Record Drum Takes
Listen to Record Drum Takes
Vol.1 - Alt Rock
The Alt Rock ReFill comes with two backing tracks that both carries a modern alt rock sound. Hultsfred is a 90 BPM mellow piece while Lollipop is a 120 BPM full on alt rock drum recording.
Vol.2 - Folk Rock
As the name suggests, the Folk Rock ReFill conveys a hint of out-of-control facial hair and plaid shirts. The playing is sparse and the sound is toned down. Grums plays back at a leisurely 80 bpm while Hornstull is a 110 BPM track.
Vol.3 - Dry Indie
Again, the name suggests what this is - Dry Indie drums that are best served shaken, not stirred. The sound is compact and hints on a 70s studio setting. Arvika's tempo is 76 BPM while Klippan plays at 110.
Vol.4 - Folk Rock Brushes
The Folk Rock Brushes ReFill comes as two complete folk rock-sounding drum backing tracks played with brushes. Both have plenty of warmth and character to the sound. Pite plays along at 80 relaxed beats per minute while Simris plays at 120 bpm.
Vol.5 - Dry Indie
The Dry Indie tracks all come with a sound that owes plenty to 70s production aesthetics. Their dry sound and tight playing sound make these drums perfect for songs in a wide range of Indie related styles. Emmaboda plays at 90 bpm while Lund chugs along in 6/8 beat at 85 bpm.
New! Vol.6 - Power Pop
The Power Pop ReFill comes with two modern, powerful drum tracks. Falun brings a straightforward slow rock beat at 80 BPM while Goteborg, clocking in at 108 BPM is a grungier, up-beat track.
New! Vol.7 - Indie Rock
The Indie Rock tracks come complete with a large sound in a big room. Love at 136 BPM is for lovers of that modern disco influenced indie rock, while Peace, at 200 BPM, brings an up-tempo, radio-friendly groove.
