Albert Fox is a full-time composer at Mutato Muzika, the music production house owned and run by Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo fame. His credit list includes numerous commercials, movies such as Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and games such as Sims 2.

Reason has been his main writing tool for years. He made the switch early to be able to seamlessly switch between projects that he was working on.

We met with Albert Fox in his studio/office at the lime green flying-saucer-like Mutato Muzika building on Sunset Boulevard where we talked about his Reason workflow and got a guided tour in the building, including a visit to the infamous basement that houses some of the rarest analog synths on earth.
