When I try to register, I get a reply saying the serial number is not valid?
There can be several reasons for this. Please check the following:
- Have you entered the number correctly? Please double and triple check – it’s easy to enter the wrong number by mistake.
- Are you really entering the license number? The license number can be found on your authorization card.
- The license number you have entered doesn’t match the product you’ve chosen. Go back to choose the right product version, and then try registering again.
