USB connection problems on Windows
Some users have reported that Balance doesn’t work in their USB 3.0 ports. Try switch to one of the USB 2.0 -ports instead, you usually have both. If you at first don’t insert the USB cable firmly enough, and then adjust it, Windows and Mac OS might believe it’s a USB 1.0-device you have connected. The LED.s on Balance will then blink, and Windows will let you know it’s a “low speed device”. If that happens, unplug the cable just to plug it back in (firmly, this time).
