Locked account due to multiple authorization?
Have you receive a message from us about locked account? This happens if multiple computers accesses the authorization on your Propellerhead user account simultaneously more than three times. While the licence agreement allows for the installation of the software on as many machines as you’d like, you are only permitted to run the software on one machine at a time.
To unlock the account please send an e-mail including the username of your Propellerhead user account, to email@example.com
