Exporting Dr Rex drum loops to your desktop
 
Yooo.. Does anybody know why, I have not play back volume when I Export a loop from dr rex as a audio file to my desk top. Or even into protools??????? It is saving as a wav.file,, So it should work... Please help/.

Have you copied the rex data to the sequencer before exporting?

If not you can do it easily just by setting Left and Right markers and highlighting the correct sequencer track then hitting the "to track" button on the Dr.Rex (next to the preview button).

ummmm,, you know what,, nope. I just went to File, and export loop as audio file.. how do you copy the device? I just started using Reason,, so,,, I am really greatful for any help you give me..

Select the Dr Rex device.
Set the Left and Right markers to correspond to the length of the loop (start at bar one) Ex: 1-4 for a four bar loop, 1-8 for an eight bar loop. You can do this easily by clicking in the Loop on/off which is in the right section of the Transport on the bottom of the sequencer.
Hit the To Track button on the Dr Rex.
Then you can Export (that) Loop as Audio File.
