Dirty, Dark, Double Dipped Acid

It's raw, dirty, fairly average mix and slap dash in general, but it reeks of raw ACID:

http://soundcloud.com/the-auteurist/plus-some-acid

Guest appearances by sampled drum machines such as 606, 808, 909 and the Linn 9000.

Yoinks!

Hi Pete,

aahhhh the BIG Zeros (303,606...and so on) are running a joint strike here. :D
Who doesn´t love the sweet sound of these??

I damn do.

Lad,it´s always a pleasure to listen to your tracks...

Makes an old man smile all over the head... :)

Simple,raw,catchy...what do you need else??

Boing..

It does indeed have that holy trinity of the 606/808/909 sound going on.
Exceptionally impolite and grimey in all the right places.
That breakdown @ 1:03 is smokin'.
The mix actually sounds pretty good even in these shitty PC speakers.
Talk about dirty and polluted sounding :D.
Needs to be longer though.
Left me wanting more.

Maybe even triple-dipped? Could be filthy, fervently, forbiddingly froth acid. Ya this one's dirty alright with that ominous synth line floating in the back with the somewhat haunted melody...excellent Pete.

Cheers,
Tony

Hey theneedle.tv

Crackin Toast Grommet :)

Fantastic to hear your music here Pete, missed the bleeps and blaps of The Auteurist in flow.
Love everything about it...PERFIK.

Big Respect for this one.

Hi Pete,

I love this one. So many cool elements, but that down and dirty funky bass won me over. I don't think I'll shower for a week so I can wallow in that dirtiness. Yeah!!!

Thanks for the nice feedback mate. You're right about the length, I think I got impatient. :)

Triple Dipped? Yikes! Most of my tracks are written in the midst of isolation inside a small, dark, windowless room. No Joke. I think that's why they're a bit spooky. :)
