Sick Rack extension idea...bring the 90s electronic scene into the rack!

so while at school i was thinking of rack extensions ideas. I had one that would be amazing...you guys would probably agree...so why dont they make a rack extension that brings rebirth into the reason rack with patchbays on the flipside so you can route individual drums to different effects it doesnt havta bee an all in one unit...just like reason intruments ..load a 909..808..303 and just add effects to what you want to be effected ..i thought that would be really neat...i also thought since im an avid rebirth user on the ipad to make some sort of "virtual din sync" or rewire that allows the user to sync the 303 or 808/909 to reason

or they could just re-release rebirth as an RE

ahaha yeah but you wouldnt be able to add effects to individual drums only to the whole unit

I'm sorry but how would this be any different from having a Redrum or a Kong and routing each drum channel to its own mix channel? You're basically turning ReBirth into a Combinator sorta right?

It would be awesome if ReBirth were ported over into Reason, not in a Combinator mode but in a Rack Extension. But I think I get what the original poster means: have each instrument from ReBirth able to be loaded separately (if so desired). Adding CVs to each device would also be awesome.
