Error: A license connected to this one is already authorized on an Ignition Key.

Hello.

I used Record 1.5 and still have it on the computer. I have tried to authorize my new Ignition key with Reason 6.5 but with this message
"Error: A license connected to this one is already authorized on an Ignition Key."

I tried to "write" on first the new key then the old one. No success.
Also tried to find some info in here but I failed.

So do I have to delete the old license and how do I do that? Anybody who knows please?

If Record is part of the upgrade path for Reason 6.5 then remove it from the ignition key to allow Reason 6.5 to be authorised. You can do it from You products.

So can I just format the old USB Ignition Stick? I don't really understand what you mean???

I just bought Reason 6 and upgraded to 6.5
Record I used for a year already.

Connect the old ignition key and click go to the ignition key section under Your products. If you don't have the old ignition key you will have to contact support to deauthorise the license.

Old ignition key is in. There is no place to click go. I can click authorize, Internet mode or demo mode or quit. That's when clicking on my new Reason 6.5 icon. Is that what you mean?

When doing that in here I click write license to stick, that's where the error message comes.

Ignition Key info

I'm not at my computer but it should be obvious from there how to REMOVE the Record license
