Thanks Craig! Many worse bands to be compared to ;) like Aqua or something :D Damage Totem is the name of the band (Me Holly and Ed) we just don't have an official page because it's hard enough to garner followers.

Thanks Tony, I can piece together an arrangement but I can't do those intricate details and transitions like he does ;)

Yo! I love that new mix from Giles. Out the park with that one.

Your new track sounds so very pro man! Just keep doing your thing brother.
Don't you dare give it up! :D

Thanks Ed, they say you can't mix in cans but I keep trying. I just got a pair of these http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-...nheiser+hd+598 so hopefully they will be good enough. I uploaded a new mix which should sound much better hopefully.

Giles' mix is very tight, yes ;)

Nice work! Genuinely creative; well produced; very atmospheric.

Both tracks certainly made me sit up and listen (well, I'm at work so sitting up is the norm, but you get what I mean...).

I mix on headphones too, so I'm aware of the limitations but you've done a good job on this. 'Phones are never ideal for mixing, sure, but just like monitors I think you can get to learn their different quirks and characteristics over time. Plus, it keeps the baby/neighbours happy, which works for me.

I personally recommend AKG headphones (http://www.akg.com/). They're very affordable and offer a nicely flat response. A good alternative to more well known brands.

Thanks Mr. Pat! I already placed my order on Amazon though.. they had only rave reviews and there was a guy selling them for $100 off. They're open back too so it should help a bit in the spatial department. I do so hate those muffled headphone mixes that I get with my cheapies..

Friendly bump, as these tracks are well worth a listen.

Good work Lunesis!
