Darker GUI

Like Studio One or FL Studio, Reason has to be a bit darker because it's more comfortable when you work on it for hours & hours.

At least the sequencer.

i just turn the brightness down on my monitor to ease my eyes.

fl studio makes me feel like i'm working in a cave.

Just don't use any Sugar Bytes or the Echo and you should be square as a bear. I guess Polar is a bit garish too.

The rack is already "dark". But the sequencer is white white and white.

Ya gotta work fast to fill up the sequencer with tracks to get rid of that pure white.

You coul start with a combinator, and dub it until your screen is grey, and then work on your song.

If you start with a template, you're less white from the start too.

They should definitely make some sort of skin editor, I found a great skin for Ableton that is composed primarily of blacks and dark greys, of course the majority of the skins people have build are hideous and terrible, but being able to tweak the interface of the tool you are going to be staring at for hours on end would be nice.
