new Electronic track (first track with RE's)

http://snd.sc/T9PL8P

this is my first track i made using the new rack extensions.

its like an advert/80s movie/electronic track.

i used -

Beat and Perc - Kong (some factory sound bank but mostly samples from sample packs)

Bass Synth - Korg Polysix

Synth Keys - Thor

Arp - Thor

RE's Used -

Korg Polysix
Resampler
AF-4
Deep Reverb DR-1
Polar
FET Compressor.

im very impressed with the sound i can get using the RE's, very cool new feature.

let me know what you think.

cheers

t :)

Tasty drums and bass you got going on here. Pretty smooth all in all :)

Very groovy. Got my head bobbin. Cool sounds abound, sounds pretty sci-fi.

yea ive been listening to alot of movie soundtracks latley some sci-fi, hence why i made this.

i used samples from various samples packs and used the kong for laying the beat down and some processing.

i could of probly used factory sound bank but i know my other sample banks beter.

Really nice work. Your drums and the mix are fantastic. Absolutely diggin that style as well. The arrangement could be a bit cleaner though.

Very late night KCRW

Just getting toward the end of it. I really enjoyed listening to it. Reminds me of something I might have heard on KCRW (Los Angeles radio station) back when I lived in LA.
