can't get ignition key to work
 
hey guys,

just done a complete re install on my computer and after re installing reason 6 and booting it up i can't get my ignition key to work???? any one have any similar issues like this after re install?..... even logging on through my propellerhead account wont work??

windows... my licenses are on my account reason keeps saying that its not authorised.. the ignition key????

Have you read the corresponding support article linked above?

From the support page:

"Making sure your account page can find your Ignition Key
For the Your Products page to be able to recognize your key, it's critical that you're running Authorizer 2 and that your browser associates the Authorizer app with the “phrem” protocol. If you are having trouble with your account page not finding your Ignition Key, follow these instructions for Mac or these instructions for Windows to fix the issue."

And: Have you contacted support already?

yeah have looked at that, downloaded the new authorizer. picks up the ignition key. it tells me that the ignition key hardware is not authorized. running with internet verification doesnt work either.

If yhou ever upgrade to Reason 6.5.x then do not use Authorizer from https://www.propellerheads.se/downlo...cle=authorizer as it will not work.
