Huh? How would that work? It would add more distortion to the main signal when the sidechain signal goes up :? Inventive.. ^^ What would you want to use it for?

Yeah & maybe add some compression stuff like Scream has, I know that this Saturation Knob has kinda squash thing, but without release & so on, you know it's could be absolutely cool to make from it kinda little Scream brother, stuff like that! :)

-You can get timed distortionfarts with a keyed kick, weeee!
-Gives a whole new meaning to "pumping"!
-etc.

Absolutely, I remember when I had email correspondence with Softube about that little bug, that green line & they've told me that they'll make an update in the future, so let's hope it will be something cool!

Moreover, I'll email them a link with this thread right away! :)

You could create this effect already by using a compressor CV output to simultaneously up the input and down the output of the saturation knob..

Either you can get pretty cool sound with the RV7000 & don't buy any other reverbs from the PH Shop! :D Pun intended!

Hm.. not exactly sure if a reverb and simply moving a threshold can be compared ;)

I made a Reason setup simulating a sidechain for the saturation knob, you can download it here. Basically they would have to lower the threshold (which isn't exactly what this was built for, you just increase the input gain and distortion).
