Forum joindate

Simple question; how important is the forum join date for you?!

Smedberg 2012-10-26 08:41

When and why would it be?

Im just pissed because the props f*cked up my joindate and refuse to change it back. :) I guess buying for over 1000 dollars of re's doesnt give them the feeling that maybe they should respond to support requests with a little more then a lie. (the excuse is they cannot change this date which is bull).

Usually i dont like solving shit through the forum, but hey i tried the normal way ;)

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you but I will take no part in this poll. Both answers are wrong for me.

I think I have a nice join date. Every date is unique.

Not at all, me too! I have my first account, which is now unfortunately banned & it has nice join date 2009.02.07!

Moreover, I forgot password & email from it & Props won't return it to, even though they know that this account is mine! :)

My original joindate is in 30/4/2004.

I asked them to put my licensed to my old account (PsyTale, which had a joindate of 30/4/2004.) Then they tell me its easier to just rename my new account (which holds all the Re licences) so i tell them fine but please change the joindate too.

Then they renamed the account after waiting forever, then they tell me they cant change my joindate. So i aked again and told them to change it to 22/11/2004 (because its my bday) So i even gave them back half a year :) If i had known it was going to be like this i would have not given them the easy way out and would have them transfer all my licences to my PsyTale account.

Ofcourse now i dont get a response anymore. Im starting to get a bit irritated about it and i never had this with anything about the props. Usually they are very honest.

So how do you have access to your software licenses if you can't access your account?
