Downloading my rack extension
 
So, is anyone else having problems downloading rack extensions at this very moment in time or is it just me?

Actually: one of my bought REs has disappeared from the program, even redownloading doesn`t help....strange.

There's seems to be some issues with downloading certain RE's atm.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles! Might I suggest some obvious internet-based troubleshooting?

1. Restart your modem/router
2. Clear cookies
3. Try another browser
4. If possible, try another internet connection

If nothing works, get in touch with support ASAP with as many details as possible (what goes wrong, exactly when does it go wrong, your system settings and where you're located).

yeah, i did all of that. nothing is working. In the Authorizer window, it just says 'Determining download size' and then it says 'Download Failed' after some time.

This is pretty annoying. All of my other rack extensions downloaded fairly easily (and I have tons of them).

any ideas?

Is their server really having a problem? if so, can someone say something official on this board?
