Close buttons at the bottom of Combinators.

Since they can get quite tall when the devices are open. There's plenty of blank space at the bottom for this. Could be a nice shortcut when you're not using the Navigators. Obviously it should automatically scroll you up to the collapsed combi so you're not suddenly staring at completely unrelated devices should there be many of them after your combi.

(P.S. I mean collapsed as in "hide devices")

Excellent idea. An extra "show devices" button at the bottom would be very convenient.

yeah me too.

incidentally, any one actually use the navigators? i've actually put in a request to remove the vertical ones and the black bar left in they're place entirely. cause i'd love to just have the horizontal ones in the sequencer but then youre stuck with the others and they're a waste of space. which ain't cheep these days.

not in my parts anyway

I use the navigators, especially on my laptop, but I agree with you, sometimes I wish I could selectively disable them.

Especially with the mixer. Think about it. On a small screen, you probably won't even create too many tracks to begin with because 1) the laptop will not have the power of a desktop to handle a lot of tracks and 2) it's usually a very tight resolution, 1366x768. Therefore the mixer nav is useless in that case.
