rhodes, filter, stereospread, lfo to pan, keysensitive lfo to amp (tremolo), pretty heavily ducked by a compressor with the bassdrum + basssignal via sidechain. At least that´s how I hear it. ;)

It sounds a bit like a Rhodes layered with another Electronic Piano wich one of the two is a littlebit distorted.

Then the Rhodes should be panned over to the right
And the Electronic Piano more to the left. (both not completely but almost)

between the two instruments, i would tune 1 instrument like 10% up or down.
mix them to one channel and add "fx ping pong delay"

Now if you really would like to copy this "flying lotus" sound..
you should record one chord-hit and use the sample to insert tone differences.

i would probably prefer to skip the last step and variate more :)

i dont know if you will achieve the same sound.. but this is what i hear ^^

good luck!

I'd have to agree, but with one thing added, that they took a sample of the Rhodes, with that chord, and then played it back in a sampler, that's why the tremolo rate changes faster with higher pitches. I'm also willing to bet that there's a Vinyl distortion after the filter.

yes, they did ;) so the panning seems to be included in that sample aswell.

I tried to play different notes on the magic rhodes sample on the NN19 but it speeds up the sample speed etc, which rhodes do u guys mean on reason?

It is very probable that FlyLo has sampled a real Rhodes.. and it's also very probable that you can fake it pretty good with the devices in Reason, after some twiddling and routing. :)

A flying lotus sounds like this: "flffll lffflflflf lflflflflf"
