Can't remember my old username

Hey everybody, so its been about a year since I've used Reason, & now I can't remember my old username, so I made a new one (this one). But I already registered my software on my old username, & it wont let me register again on this username (which is totally understandable). I've thought & thought & thought & I cant seem to wrap my head around this problem.... I can't re-register my software because its already registered on a username I can't remember! Somebody please help me, I don't know what to do :(

Contact support, give them as much info as possible (email, photo of authorisation card, etc) and they should get back to you within a couple of working days

Another thought is to try each of your email addresses here: https://www.propellerheads.se/userRe...=password_help and you'll receive mail at one of them with the correct info.

The account i have here is dated 2003, but I too have a previous account from when I purchased Reason 1 at release... I don't remember what email I had or anything at the time. I wish there was a member directory public. It sure would be nice to be a little more O.G. than 2003 =) LOL

Oh damn, I've had the same three since around 2000, only addition is the free one that came with the hosting package for my site. Course, not generally using web mail is helpful

You should never suggest that support will deal with something that quick ;).

Grum.

Hehe, my previous acc was from 2003/4 I asked support to transfer the res and licenses from my new account to my old one. So they tell me it's easier just to rename the new account. So I'm like ok, but the they didn't want to change the join date back to the original psytale join date. So shit happens I guess !

Ah that's too bad, now there's no way to search for your old posts, because they'd come up as "guest," "posts: N/A
