snare rolls drown out the rest of my track any suggestions?
 
I've never had this problem before or I never noticed it but Im hearing it a lot now on some of my tracks and only when in my car.

redrum or kong , compressed or note ? did you spend more money in your car speakers then in your studio monitors ???

lol I've done that and it sum what works but I still hear the snares way louder than the rest of the track but, only when i make the snares roll.

Im using redrum and no, car system is stock lol everything sounds great on my computer. I use shure940's to mix.

I remember a while back everything sounded good everywhere except in my (really good) car system.
I'd bumped the eq button :)

Are these the same samples you've used elsewhere without a problem? Are they phasing somehow? (like leaving the redrum pattern on when there also a midi track)
