Reason Upgrade price.. O_o

Umm...Hi Guys,

Question... Why is it more expensive from you guys than from the store with a physical copy? O_o

JoshuaPhilgarlic 2013-05-07 03:45

It's up to the store to state the price.

alternating.bit 2013-05-07 04:07

By all means share WHERE you are referring a cheaper cost is... Amazon wants same $129.99 price.

Shawng101 2013-05-07 05:46

because propellerheads likes having shops and stores, and online distributors selling their products, and doesn't want to cheese them all off by undercutting their prices. I got it cheaper at guitar center, but only from a cinco de mayo coupon, where is it cheaper?

vanKloot 2013-05-07 06:19

Aww damn I didn't think to look for a Cinco coupon. I would love to get a boxed copy but I've no interest in paying a premium to do so. And I haven't seen it for anything less than the online propshop price anywhere in the USA.

Its going for £89 for a Boxed copy!! O.o

AND,..

129.00 EUR = 108.850 GBP

Thats a SERIOUS reduction

£108.90p against £89.00p? I'll take the £89 thanks.

This is the FIRST time..this has ever happened.

How much would you add on to that 89 for postage? I realise it would still work out cheaper (unless postage is 19 quid!) Just got to be careful with those "attractive" offers that they don't have 'hidden' costs that aren't that much of a saving by the time you've hit the buy button. Although that does look like a good buy!
Ok just for giggles I hit the basket button & it added 5 pound to the cost (sorry, in a country that uses dollars so no pound button on my keyboard) so 94, still a good buy.

If you complain about the postage you can get it taken off (I did).
Or you can find one of the shops that are doing free delivery.

Grum.

PH already said, that they don't want to competite with distributors, that selling product for them.

VillaNDubstep 2013-05-10 10:54

I paid £89 inc postage and it just arrived today. I think that's a pretty decent price for the upgrade
