Automate-able transpose-knob

Many requests from me today.

The transpose knob for audio should be automate-able.

Also, there should be an option to automate the pitch with also affecting the time, eg. automating the sample speed of the track. For example the free program Audacity has a feature called "time track". It allows you to automate the sample rate speed so that you can create LP-backspin effects and stuff like that, without relying on sample-players like NN-XT. Ideally, the speed of the playback -automation should show up in the sequencer length of the clips themselves in real time.

How you can noticed, transpose audio doing recalculate audio file after any change.
For live pitch correcting you can use Neptun or Polar.

which transpose knob are you talking about? there's on on the octo-doodah, one on neptune, one on polar. they can all be automated if not directly than via a combi (neptune).

am i missing one?

The one in the sequencer panel, here's a mockup:

ljekio, I know that it calculates the local changes after editing, this concept would do it too. Neptune isn't good quality transposing, since it can't pre-calculate. If you compare the algorithms, sequencer transposing blows it out of the water.

This would be great also include a shortcut for transposing up and down while editing in the sequencer would be helpful and safe alot of time i waste throwing my mouse arrow around between audio parts and transposing tool automation would be awesome
