I had a discussion with a prop-related person about this last year. I had never heard of the song, and I'm figuring most Americans don't know it either. I guess it was big in the European sampler crowd.

There is a Malstrom patch called 'Fooled Again' I'm guessing as a reference to the distinct synth sound used by 'The Who'
