unplug oxygen 25 uninstall oxygen 25 drivers
go to m-audio.com - support tab - drivers and downloads
select keyboard - oxygen 25 - and your OS
Download the drivers and DirectLink
install drivers and direct link
plug oxygen 25 into computer
let it auto detect - wait for 'ready to use'
edit >> preferences - make sure it shows
also, if you have issues, try different USB ports. It sounds dumb, but I have 4 USB ports on my computer, and my m-audio axiom only works correctly when plugged into one specific USB port - it doesn't work in the others.
