Yo man I know exactly what you mean. I'm always sitting on my ass recording, mixing, watching tutorials, surfing the intrawebs, etc. and have notice pains in my legs and chest sometimes. The only real exercise I get is walking to and fro. LOL Started going for hour walks with my girlfriend which will advance to jogs and runs soon. I've also quit smoking and eating as much garbage and rarely do Ii drink soda anymore. Get healthy, you'll live longer!
I'll have some rock stuff for ya sooner or later as soon as I finish it.
