Angry 2 macs with Reason6.5 "Error"

& I get this for a message.

Unfortunately, multiple computers have accessed your Reason user account authorization simultaneously. This has now occurred several times, as reported to you in previous messages and emails. To protect your account, we have therefore decided to lock your authorization for Reason.
You will now need to contact Customer Care to unlock your authorization. Go to your Account web pages and follow the instructions.
Please note that if you have an authorized hardware Ignition Key you can still use it as before to run Reason.

I fully understand do not run reason with the same serial number on two different computers. How do I gain access back to my account! Everytime I click account nothing pops up.
