The Beauty and the Beat-->Minimal Fun

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

after the the Maximal-Fun-Collab w/ Senor Ed i went back to my roots of electronic

music and came up w/ a dark minimalistic Techno piece.

Let´s put it this way....the 808 strikes back (i´d love to have one )

Enough of the introduction. The music should speak for itself.

So here is my treat...

Welcome to...

The Beauty and the Beat

Your feedback is always welcome.

Thanks

Ingo

señor Ingo, Que pasa? (what's happening?)

You know damn well what I think of this beasty son of a minimalistic mother!

The production is top notch man, really really great job with the sonic stage! All the sounds are uber cool and sort of metallic with a hint of silver lining! The drums are very crunchy and very tempting to my ears, and to my speakers....to crank up the volume! Everything screams quality...from the breakdown to the transitions and fills.

Cheers to the minimal king of the hill! Salud!!

Ed

Herr Ed,

muchas gracias!!

I´m humbled w/ your expertise.Sure..just crank it up and bother your neighbors, they will be grateful.(like mine )
Kinda was afraid that i added too much crunch in comparison of version 1 and 2 which you´ve already heard...but as there was still enough headroom for more i concluded to give it a try.

Once again thanks dude for your feedback

I appreciate it very much

Ingo

Ingo,

Nicely done!!

Is that a marimba that I hear or some such thing?

I found your transitions totally captivating. You kept me wondering what was next - this is a good thing. Your production is dynamite.

I enjoyed this a lot!

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

thanks a lot for your feedback.I really appreciate it man!!

Hm..i guess it´s the clave what you hear...(honestly i´d to check what a marimba is...ugh )

The percussive track alone would have been boring over the long run so i just threw in a thor-arpeggiator-combi which i never used and stirred the sound-soup.

The track was finished about a week ago,but it took me this long to find the final mix.

Thanks for listening Chris

Have fun

Ingo

Nice work. Diggin the unpredictable nature of this beast. Subtle layers and transitions work well.

You know what I think of this one, Ingo!

Dark, minimalistic and awesome
I love all the synths going throughout.

Production-wise it's great, too.

This is a great track from you, Ingo! Keep up with it

Cheers,
Sondre

Twenty oneth (21th) cetury vibe, if that wasn't intentional tell everyone that it was, then use it to describe this genre of music you have created.

Cool.
