This happens when you use Reason on 2 or more computers at the same time, a breach of the EULA. If you have it installed on more than one computer always remember to close Reason on one computer before opening it on another. By the way, they did warn you twice before locking you out, right? As for support, if you didn't get an automated reply, try again, if you did, just sit and wait.
