Allow more complex passwords

With people spending more money on REs, I think it is important that you allow passwords longer than 10 characters. I would also like to see non-alphanumeric characters allowed, such as !@#$% etc.

It's the right suggestion, but I think would be cool to have some powerful account protection, like the Steam Guard or such...

It shouldn't matter how long your password is, it should be salted, securely hashed and only then stored. Storing the hash and salt always takes a fixed maximal amount of space, so changing the DB is likely something which should only be done once.
