Question POLY 6 troubles

i updated the polysix last week and now when i boot up reason it's treating it as if it's a trial. i tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it's still doing it. my licenses are on my balance ai.

Has any1 had an issue with any of the REs like this and how did you go about getting it resolved?

tech support wasn't much help but i don't think it was any1 from propellerhead, i think it was someone at line 6 here in the states.

Have you tried to "manage your RE licences" on your account on PH website? It might help.
I've had no troubles after updating Poly6.

Go to your account page, select 'download all' then 'manage licences' to write your licence to your key/balance.
