Unhappy Keyboard Drivers

I bought Reason 6 and downloaded a driver for my midistudio pro keys 2 keyboard and it still isn't working.

Does anyone know the problem and how to fix this?

And on the box it says free Reason 6.5 upgrade. Does anyone know how to download the upgrade?

Make sure you register your R6 license.

Then, goto "your account" on this site, and click to get the free upgrade to R6.5

This will add the 6.5 license to your account - then go to the downloads link and download R6.5.1

If the driver for your keyboard is installed correctly, the next thing you need to do is go into Reason's preferences, find the "Control Surfaces" section and add your keyboard so it will be recognized in Reason. If you haven't done that yet, hopefully that's all that's wrong!
