locking all volume faders

or grouping them . i want to turn down the whole mix but i dont want to ust turn down the master fader. i want to lock the volume faders and have them all move at the same time is this possible?

Starting a fresh mixdown with all the faders down, would save a lot of time to be able to just lock them and bring them all down so I can start a fresh and bring them back in one by one. There should also be a shortcut button somewhere, 'lock all' and 'unlock all'
