Smile Pulsar pitchbend/modwheel

The Pulsar is an awsum synth and I would love to have a pitchbend and a modwheel for that.

Bending Pulsar's pitch is only a matter of using a bipolar control to modify its rate parameter, and this can easily be accomplished using existing options. In a combinator, the programmer can be used to map the pitch wheel to LFO rate, or you can use Thor to send pitch information to Pulsar's rate CV inputs. Open up some of the synthesizer combinators that come with Pulsar to see for yourself how this (and mod wheel mapping) has been implemented.

I'd still like to see an On/Off switch for LFO 1...
