way is on one making a tremolo RE its the one thing reason lacks

just pulverisor alone has the ability to apply lfo (and follower) to volume or panning of audio going through it. should be all you need, give it go with some patches from the FSB then make your own as well.

*alone meaning by itself it can get the job done. there are other devices and combinations that can achieve this as well.

Or look for Reason + Record FX. There is a pretty legit tremolo in that set, I believe it is a free refill as well ;-)
