Update all instruments to have separate up/down pitch bend values

It is very handy to be able to set the pitch bend down and pitch bend up values separately. And very fun! It seems like it would be easy to implement. So, I suppose this suggestion goes out to Propellerhead and individual developers.

Thanks =)

Yeah, I sometimes was in need of this feature.

Would be great to see this in the Reason rack!

I believe the Rob Papen synths have this feature. I'm used to it on some of my hardware synths.

I also noticed it yesterday but the Props' devices don't have that feature!
