P.C. suggestions???

I've been shopping around for a new p.c. to run balance with reason 6.5, I'm not much of a tech guy so maybe I could get some helpful opinions. I found this for $869., if anyone could tell me why I shouldn't get this or should or if I could get something better in this price range I would really appreciate it, thanks.

Here are the specs:

Well the 3770 is a good cpu and 16 gb is a solid amount of ram - I'm unsure of the specs/capabilities of the H77 Express chipset, that's worth checking out, as is the reason for a 300W power supply rather than something more powerful that would allow for a graphics card upgrade if you ever choose to do it.
