ASIO4ALL and Presonus 181VSL

I've got something that has stumped me. When running Asio4All I have access to the 8 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs and both SPDIF in and out but none of my ADAT inputs or outputs are appearing in the ASIO4ALL configuration window. I'm running the latest 2.11 beta on WIN7 64bit. Any thoughts or input here is appreciated. The ADAT IO are all there, working and transmitting/receiving audio when I use the Presonus driver but nothing when I try to build an aggregate device in ASIO4ALL.

I feel dumber than normal...and that's saying a lot these days!

Can someone please explain why you would run ASAIO4ALL with a device that has a real ASIO driver? Never got this. Other than oddball aggregate configurations.

Several for me:

Scenario #1: Fender Amp with stereo ASIO driver (input only but no recording latency at all). I still need my primary output for monitors.

Scenario #2: Using my ADAT IO as sends and/or return from/into Reason and another DAW for effects, soft synths, misc stuff. This could be even more handy in R7.
