Turn on Shuffle on ReDrum.
Turn on ReGroove tool
On Global shuffle knob (far left) turn up to max - voilá.
I use 55-57% to make my rigid beats sound a bit looser, to add a little slide and funk.
Alternatively, set up your pattern, copy to track, change pattern to blank or turn off pattern mode on ReDrum, go to clip, F8 to bring up toolbox, go to quantize, set to 1/8T, triplets done
Is this what you're after?. Also you can set the grid to 1/8T, draw some edits in and snap to 1/8T, then when done swap back to a square snap (bar / half, quarter, eighth, 16th etc) and you can then arrange your clips again (or if the whole track is a triplet based then leave as 1/8T
