MACHINE or USER based license?

I bought Reason 6.5 this week and I keep wondering if I may install Reason to as many PCs as I like as long as just one Reason is running.

Example: I expect to work with Reason on my desktop PC more than 90% of the time, yet I want to be able to use it on my notebook too when I'm not at home and being struck by an idea ...

Is that possible with that USB dongle?

Yes, simply unplug your ignition key from your desktop computer and plug it in to your notebook and your licenses will go with you.
