Unhappy Absolutely choked!

I open Reason, it crashes. I save something, it crashes. I close it, it crashes. On top of that, it no longer acknowledges my ignition key. I bought Reason 6 a while ago, then downloaded the upgrade to 6.5. Only recently has it been doing this. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Hi, please contact support first and foremost about this so we can see where the issue might be.

There's one known crash that can cause this behavior which is a bug in Mac OS X Mountain Lion. We're in touch with Apple about it to see what can be done. If it's not that (or even if it is) please let us know ASAP

Nothing has changed on the computer I use now, it's brand spanking new, used only for Star Wars and making music. I used Reason 6 on both my old iMac w/ Snow Leopard, and a piece of garbage HP laptop with Windows 7. Since I've downloaded 6.5, I've had issues non-stop. I now use a gateway with window 7 premium, it's a bit of a power house and has no problem processing everything that goes on in the program like the other ones did, but I noticed when I save, the program freezes for about 10-15 minutes, then returns to normal, indeed saving what I wanted to. No idea.

Saving sometimes takes a while for largish projects on my i5 (quad) PC but only upto about 20-30 secs, so maybe it's a computer issue rather than Reason?

Okay so crashing is no longer an issue. I reinstalled everything and it seemed to recover. When I go to Ignition Key Info it detected it for the first time, showing my rack extensions and Reason 6 license. I click on Manage license, and it is no longer detectable. Authorizer shows "No connection to license server. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Clearly my internet connection isn't an issue....

You contacted support, as instructed by Mattias, correct?
