I don't think the name change is essential, although it may be a good idea. Note that there are SEVERAL companies with that name. Everybody can use it--including you--as long as there is no intent to deceive and it is clear that everyone is delivering different products and services.
I still recommend trademarking whatever name you choose so as not to have it taken away from you in future. Here's another reason why: In the early days of the innerwebz small fortunes were made by registering websites such as "ford.com," then essentially holding the name for ransom until, say, Ford Motor Company decided to pay up (for tens and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars). If you have any aspiration to success, a trademarked corporate name is a little insurance.
