If your talking about the pod unit in the program I agree. It looses tone when you record clean and then have reason process the guitar. What I been doing is using the pod like a virtual amp with no reverb and delay. Then I use reason to add delay reverb etc. You can also set the wetness to 100% on delay and reverb with monitoring on so you can hear the effects when you record. Then change it back down for play back.
