Since I mainly use a desktop PC with no SD slot, this idea wouldn't be much use to me, and I can always use a hub if I run out of USB ports.

What I WOULD support would be a low profile key. Something so small it wouldn't be as easy to knock about and break when on a notebook/laptop...like the size of one of those logitech wireless dongles.
