Talking A highly detailed frequency spectrum analyzer RE!

With all of these RE's coming out, I'm finding more and more incentive to not use Reason as a slave, but to completely use Reason independently. My ONLY major issue is the fact that there is no highly detailed Frequency Spectrum Analyzer. I know you can use the one on the Vocoder Effect unit, but it is not THAT detailed. It would be great if you could throw one in there that at least rivals the one on Ableton..... throw it in on a new version of Reason, a new RE, I DON'T CARE, just as long as it's developed. I just find it annoying to have to use the Vocoder Effect Unit OR Slave Reason to another daw JUST to use a solid Spectrum Analyzer on that daw.

-Thanks, loving the RE's

Alot of people have been asking for this.

They might as well as have a complete analyser tool that includes the stereo field as well.

If not the Props then maybe a third party could do it.

Have you tried using SAVIHost (PC) and Voxengo SPAN to run as a standalone side by side with Reason? What I do sometimes.

The SDK for the RE's is not capable to produce details Spectrum Analysers yet. Will have to wait and see when this would come about (not too long I hope)

For all those who own WaveLab7, just select "What you hear" as Record Source and choose Spectrum Monitoring. That's all.... :-)

R-mix Roland RE would be cool !

I got the software it's interesting but not worth the 190box , it's not very handy and the phone app is almost the same so a mix between the app and the software could do a great RE and the software would be 100 times more cool if included in reason ! best visual I have seen to see where is what !

I have a feeling that there must be a major obstacle for creating a spectrum analyzer RE in the SDK. I'm pretty sure someone would come up with one by now otherwise.
