RE channel-strip

I love th SSL but I see a few RE's I love, EQ's and compressor. would be a cool idea to make the mixer modular and include a RE-module for the channel-strip. in fact: that would be superb let's use a Neve, or Trident etc. )

I don't think it would be possible with current SDK dsp issues, honestly, if even just one Uhbik Q could not be placed on each channel of an average sized mix without leaving room for anything else, so.

I can't see how a proper Re channel strip could be made and not use up 1/10th of the dsp at minimum each instance.

In the meantime you could always just patch your favourite REs as a channel insert. The only downside is that they still sit in the reason rack rather than on the channel strip for control access - which is only a minor issue to me.
