Record & Windows 8 compatible

Hi i'm looking to buy another PC wondering if i should stick with windows 7 or go for the latest 8 will Record function ok with it, thought i would check first..............

Record ceased to exist as a product before Windows 8 was even released. It's not supported. That said, I have no idea if it will run.

Reason 6.5.2 (which is Record + Reason) works great on Windows 8 and is supported. The upgrade is pretty cheap; highly recommended.

Thanks The upgrade sounds good but how much does that cost and how do i get it............many thanks......

I just realized - you have Record. Upgrading to the current version of Reason is dirt cheap. You can get the upgrade at Sweetwater in the US for $169.
