Has anyone seen this before?

I can't find my license number / registration code.

This is what it looks like in the booklet (it's some sort of onomatopoeia):

I blacked out the text because I'm not sure if the text actual means anything but it's a lot like this:

LICENSE NUMBER
- plank, polak, plink.
(minimal techo)

REGISTRATION CODE
- tooty, twat, teet, too.
(Jazz improvision)

I'd recommend Berklee, College of Music.

Please help! I'm trying to register Reason Essentials but I'm now starting to think that they forgot to attach a sticker with the license info in the booklet OR they forgot to include something else in the box.

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks!!!!

Where did you purchase it from, and was the ignition key included in the box?

Provided that you purchased it new in a sealed box, it looks like the sticker with the serial & registration wasn't correctly placed on the DVD sleeve before it was boxed.

You'll need to wait until Monday for support to open back up, but you can install the DVD (or download the latest version...) and run in demo mode until then.

I bought it from Guitar Center (new & sealed). The ignition key was in the box and worked like a charm.

Where is the serial & registration supposed to be placed? My guess is that it's supposed to be where it says LICENSE and has the [ ]

Yes, there should be a big sticker that covers that [ ] box completely.

If you bought it locally, I think the best thing you can do is take it back and exchange it. Just have them open the box in front of you and verify that all is well.

They shouldn't hassle you if it an even exchange and they see that no registration info was included.

If you mail ordered it, you can either go through Guitar Center for a return, or wait until Monday and talk to support. They'll probably ask you for a scan or your receipt or something, then issue you the serial number.
